Riding for 2 hours is for more adventurous folks. This trail does not have steep up and down terrain. This trail will lead you to the edge of beautiful Sandy’s Canyon. There is often wildlife to be seen along the trail and several photo op areas to capture this special time spent horseback and with friends. Enjoy the abundance of the peaceful ponderosa pine trees throughout your ride. The trails take you to the edge of Sandy’s Canyon where you can enjoy the beauty of seeing the mouth of Famous Walnut Canyon. This 2 hour ride is appropriate for any level of riding ability, but most recommended for ages 9 years old and up.
